The etching on the tumblers came out great. There are two things:
1) When placing the order, it was UNclear which lid was "standard" therefore I didn't utilize an upgrade for slider lids.
2) The tumblers are not great at holding heat.
I do not believe I would order again or recommend these to others.

The tumblers themselves are of good quality, but the engraving doesn’t show up properly. The preview looked fine, but the actual product is seriously lacking in contrast.

3. Laser engraved image very nice (but as monochrome, it's not nearly as vibrant & "pop" as logo in true colors.
4. Disappointed that tumbler was wrong color. I asked that tumbler color be changed, but it didn't happen. But, again, a GREAT quality product.

Was not happy at all. The image did not come through clearly. The sliding lids were extra where another company I purchased from they came standard. And their logo etching was immaculate. I should've known going somewhere to save money, which I thought I was going to do but it ended up costing the same when I got the sliding lids, and they were poorly made. The other company used the same brand cups.

We had excellent communication and customer service with the team at Awesome Tumblers! They reached out to us about a flawed initial design due to fuzziness of the photo that we were quite thankful for ! We were able to get back a new design that was approved by us before Awesome Tumblers went further in the process! Great timing on delivery and fabulous product!! Very nicely done and shipped quickly for a custom product. I have ordered multiple times from Awesome Tumblers and have always been pleased with their work. The tumblers look great and do keep your drinks cold!
My only criticism would be on the last order the tumblers came with the upgraded slide top (which I paid an extra charge for). All my previous orders came with the standard top and the slide tops came separately, so you did have a spare. Not the case with my last order.

The Tumblers themselves seem to be nice so far. Hopefully they will hold up well. The Customer Service did respond back quickly after both of my inquiries. My rating was due to the fact that they totally didn't recognize an upgrade I had ordered until I emailed asking why it hadn't arrived.
